How Can severe High Blood Pressure Be Treated?

I can t pay you ,ok but problem was suddenly my BP would will go up at night when I have already taken my nightly 50mg losartan so l will panic too..I m 70 yrs old and have 4 artery bypass 11yrs ago,uninsured haven t got my med calif yet, please tell me my options to lower my BP,,thanks

If your BP is not controlled by 50 mg losartan, I wold recommend adding another blood pressure lowering drug like a diurect.
The dosage will have to be calculated after a proper physical examination and present Blood pressure levels. For this I would still recommend a visit to your doctor.
